Charlie Bear is out of surgery!!!!
Everything went super well! They only removed the grid! I was using the wrong term...the neuro saw spikes on the EEG the first couple of days but have only seen "sharps"'since and apparently those are not as "bad" as spikes.
CC is pretty unhappy right now but other than that doing good...

I am soooo relieved for you all...that CC is now on the healing side. I hope you continue to update this blog. I have so much hope and excitement for what the future may hold for CC.
ReplyDeleteMy last piece of advice (okay maybe not)...stay on top of medications and EEGs. She is so little and will be growing so fast. You will want to discuss with your neuro med increases with each growth spurt. It will all probably depend on what her latest EEG looks like.
I hope she does well these next few days and you all get to go home soon.
